Dr. Alcock is a co‐author, with Dr. Heidi Hayes Jacobs, of the new book, Bold Moves for Schools, How We Create Remarkable Learning Environments, published by ASCD in Feb. 2017. Marie was invited to speak at WMHT's Games in Education Symposium. She shared a fresh perspective on why students drop out of school, and discussed the role of student voice.
